This salad is a twist on the Greek Village. I called it the "sharing salad" because my sweet daughter and I love to share salads from one bowl.

Ingredients
Baby Yukon potatoes, sauteed in grape seed oil, seasoned with sea salt, pepper, & garlic powder, set aside to cool
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Kalamata olives, halved
Organic cucumber, chopped
Albacore tuna
Fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, marjoram), roughly chopped
Scallions, chopped
Fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded
Extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
Toss and enjoy! This salad is great for sharing at parties, as it is wonderful at room temperature.
