Tasty Treasures:

Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

1 lb cooked shrimp, washed, tailed
1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
6 cherry peppers, halved, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
10 kalamata olives, seeded, chopped
1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 T. extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 t. garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste

Toss and enjoy!!
