Tasty Treasures: Green Shakes

     Green shakes are both a tasty treasure, and a "natryl instinct". With all of the vitamins, nutrients, minerals, and antioxidants contained in green powder, green shakes are a delicious and fully balanced meal. Try one for breakfast, or any time of the day. Here's to your health!
Ingredients
1 scoop chosen green powder ( I used "Green Vibrance" for this shake, but Barlean's Greens is good too)
1T. flax seed oil
1T. bee pollen
1c. frozen banana
1c. frozen blueberries, or fruit of choice
1c. organic apple juice

Blend and enjoy!
