Ingredients
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small yellow onion, sliced into thin rings
2T. fresh sage leaves, stacked & sliced
1 boneless chicken breast, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, pan sauteed, and chopped
1/2c. feta cheese, crumbled
1T. olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt & pepper, to taste
