Tasty Treasures: Eggs with Wild-Harvested Mustard Greens & Brie

Ingredients

3 organic eggs
8 wild-harvested garlic mustard leaves, chiffonade
1 oz. soft brie cheese
"Herbamare" or salt & pepper, to taste
scramble with your choice of fat (butter, oil, etc.), and top with fresh salad.

Salad
1/2 c. wild-harvested garlic mustard flower tops with young leaves
1/4 c. tomato, roughly chopped
Splash extra-virgin olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste
