Tasty Treasures: Greek Village Salad-Updated

Ingredients
1 pkg organic spring mix
1.5c. grape tomatoes, quartered
1 medium-sized cucumber, peeled, chopped
1/2 medium-sized red onion, sliced into half moons
10 baby red potatoes, peeled, quartered, sauteed in olive oil, garlic powder, and salt & pepper, to taste, set aside to cool
1/2c. kalamata olives
1/2c. feta cheese, crumbled

In a separate dish whisk together:
2T. extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2t. dried oregano, 1/4t. garlic powder, 1t.agave nectar, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt & pepper, to taste.

Combine with the above ingredients, and enjoy! Yields 4-6 servings.
